Emelia is experienced in the area of Impact Investments, SME Business Development and Property Management.

Prior to joining RDF, Emelia worked at Innohub as a Portfolio Analyst providing Enterprise Development Support and Capital Raise Services.

She also worked at Wangara Green Ventures as an Impact Investment Analyst and as a Capacity Building Support at Symbiotics S.A in Cape Town. She has also worked as an Administrative and Finance Assistant at H.W. Realty.

Emelia has an M.com in Investment Management from the University of Cape Town in South Africa, a BSc. (Hon) in Business Administration from Ashesi University and holds a diploma in English Common Law from the University of Exeter in the UK. She is a 2018 Mandela Rhodes Scholar and a 2016 University of Chicago Booth Summer Business Scholar.
