Sampson has over 20 years of experience in the areas of finance, accounting, audits, taxation, and fund management.

Before joining the RDF, Sampson served as the Chief Finance and Investment Advisor at the Dalex Capital Management Ltd. where he was a part of the 4-man team that negotiated a USD 20 million funding from Ecowas Bank for Investment and Development (EBID), for the construction of the Garden City Mall prior to that, he was the Finance and Investment Manager for West Africa Media Development Fund (WAMDEF) and also the Investment Accountant and Compliance Manager for Activity Venture Finance Company.

Sampson has an MBA in Finance from the University of Leicester and is a Certified Chartered Accountant with the ACCA.
