This notice explains how RDF Ghana LBG collects, uses, and protects your personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 843).

1.0 Introduction

RDF Ghana LBG ("we", "us", or "our") was established as a rural development fund dedicated to expanding access to finance and technical assistance for the agriculture, agribusiness, and renewable energy sectors in Ghana, with the aim of driving sustainable rural development and improving livelihoods across the country.

If you are a visitor to our website (the "Site"), this Privacy Policy applies to you, and describes our policies and practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in connection with your use of the Site and our provision of the Services to our Client. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any websites, applications or other online services that do not link to this policy, including other services provided by our Partners; nor does this Privacy Policy apply to the subsequent use of information collected through other third-party website or services. We understand and respect that protection of your personal information is important to you. This document sets out how we collect, use, disclose, retain and manage your privacy information and how we comply with our obligations under the Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 843).

This privacy statement is applicable to website and applications (mobile and hybrid, hereinafter referred to "applications") of RDF Ghana LBG.   • Personal identification that you provide, such as GH ID card, Driver's License, Passport, Personal Images/Portraits and other relevant identification recognised in Ghana.
  • Feedback or correspondence, such as information you provide when you contact RDF Ghana LBG in connection with the Site or Services with questions, feedback, or otherwise correspond.
  • Marketing information, such as your preferences for receiving communications about our activities, events, and publications, and details about how you engage with such communications.
  • Other information which is not specifically listed here that you may provide voluntarily or that is necessary in connection with your interactions with us through the Site or Services. All such information will be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.

Information we obtain from third parties

Automatic data collection

  • Device data, such as your computer's or mobile device's operating system type and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, RAM and disk size, CPU usage, device type (e.g., phone, tablet), IP address, unique identifiers (including identifiers used for advertising purposes), language settings, mobile device carrier, radio/network information (e.g., WiFi, LTE, 4G), and general location information such as city, state or geographic area.
  • Online activity data, such as pages or screens you viewed, how long you spent on a page or screen, browsing history, navigation paths between pages or screens, information about your activity on a page or screen, access times, and duration of access, and whether you have opened our marketing emails or clicked links within them.

We use the following tools for automatic data collection: cookies, local storage technologies (like HTML5), and web beacons (also known as pixel tags or clear GIFs).

We make personal information into anonymous data by removing information that makes the data personally identifiable to you. Our service providers
